Roxy is a 4 yr old german shepherd, fixed , shots and mic chipped. Roxy has been with Bow Wow Rescue for over 1 month, she was an owner surrender. Roxy's hair was in very poor shape because of lack of good food and never seen a vet. She has been on pill for 4 weeks and her skin is no long red in colour but some of the hair has not grown in yet.
